2. Return Shipping Costs for Defective Items
If your item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Functionalwellbeing will cover all return shipping costs. You will not be charged any restocking fees.

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Final Sale Policy (No Buyer's Remorse Returns)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds if you change your mind, or no longer want the item. Please verify your cart details before submitting your order.

5. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
